The goal of this course is to equip you with the knowledge, perspective, and tools needed to manifest and improve communication with your Twin Flame. It's not going to magically give you good communication though, you have to be willing to show up and genuinely do the inner and outer work necessary. You'll also have to play with holding space for and calling in energy, a different way of being and doing. 

There is an intention to how each module and lesson is ordered but you do not have to go through each one in order. Utilize the lessons and activities as they become relevant, or go through them systematically at your pleasure. You may find that you revisit lessons and modules as well to do the practice again or explore the concept a little more.

In each module, you will find an introduction and then several lessons that go into a little more depth for each idea. There will be some knowledge shared and in most cases a lesson activity. This will be a practice, a worksheet, or some questions to answer to help support you in transforming the energies. 

As you share responses to your quiz questions, I can provide feedback and support. These are not required to answer (besides a few) so don't feel pressured to share with me anything you don't want to share.
